Terms of Service:

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By checking the box, you are confirming you have read the Global Leadership Non-Disclosure Agreement, and you agree to the following terms and conditions relating to the use of the Summit Central Canada (SCC) website as hosted and maintained by The Global Leadership Network Canada in conjunction with the Global Leadership Summit Canada (GLS Canada). These terms apply to all users of SCC.

2. Summit Central Canada Website
   The information within Summit Central Canada is intended for the sole use of the individual and entity to whom it is purposed and may contain information that is confidential.

3. User Accounts
   To access the features within SCC, you will be required to register a user account. When registering for your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. The contact information you input to register for this account will be used as a means of communication between GLS Canada and all users to share information regarding the GLS. This account is specific to the user, confirming your role as a volunteer for the GLS Canada, and as such sharing your login information with anyone else is prohibited.

4. User Content & Privacy
   Global Leadership Network Canada is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of those we serve. As a volunteer team member hosting the GLS, you will be given access to confidential names and contact information for attendees who have previously engaged with the GLS in your city, as well as those currently registered for the event. It is the policy of Global Leadership Network Canada that such information must be kept confidential both during and after your tenure of volunteer service. This contact information, entrusted to you, may be used solely for the purpose of inviting individuals to participate on a promotions team, to offer a personal invitation to the GLS or to assist in the check-in process.

5. By registering for SCC, Global Leadership Network Canada will grant access to site-specific past registrations, on the grounds that:

   • only personalized emails identifying you as a volunteer member of the local GLS organizing team, specifically containing information regarding the GLS, written by yourself to an individual are permitted to be sent to any past or current attendees;
   • mass emails to attendees, or exposure of the information on this list to anyone outside of your GLS planning team is prohibited;
   • any and all reproductions of attendee information will be completely destroyed following the GLS.
